Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and repair of Timbers on County Line Apartments, a 200-unit community. This role is responsible for managing a team of three maintenance technicians, ensuring the timely completion of work orders, and maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the property. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a well-maintained and secure environment, directly impacting the quality of life within the community and creating a safe, clean, and welcoming space for all residents.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors.
- Perform and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure the timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and property standards.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
- On-call availability is required 24/7/365 on a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Removal of ice and snow from common areas is required during each snowfall

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.
- Certifications in relevant trades (preferred).
