Summary
Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee Timber's Apartments off County Line Road. This position requires a highly motivated, organized, and team-oriented leader to manage a 210-unit property and staff.
Responsibilities and Duties
- All duties & tasks to effectively manage a residential community and commercial site
- Oversee all marketing & leasing efforts by one Leasing Agent
- Utilize Revenue Optimizing Software (Yieldstar) to manage renewals and new leases
- Create & follow an annual budget
- Review Financial Statements and execute Variance Reporting
- Maintain a motivating work atmosphere while developing staff
- Work with Maintenance Supervisor & Corporate Maintenance Staff on Property & Cap Ex Projects
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience as a Property Manager required
- OneSite Software experience preferred but not required
- CAM/ARM Designations preferred
