The ideal candidate has a strong background in AR / AP , including factory reconciliations, daily deposits, and financial reporting .

Key Responsibilities :
- Process & Organize Financial Transactions by gathering and sorting documents
- Manage Payables & Receivables , including obtaining payment authorization and processing invoices
- Verify Revenue & Prepare Financial Reports , tracking transactions, refunds, and account balances
- Reconcile Statements & Accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure Financial Security by following internal accounting controls and cash flow procedures
- Support Month-End Closing Activities and general ledger maintenance
