What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Development Regional Project Coordinator position at Sheetz, Inc?
OVERVIEW
Provide support services to real-estate and entitlement within a Regional department within Store Development. Assist the Director of real-estate and Regional Entitlement manager with all budgeting, Scheduling, and support functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
- Responsible for entering all budget and schedule changes into project management software for assigned region.
- Prepare project progress reports highlighting potential project schedule delays not in alignment with Store Development growth goals.
- Participate in project update calls to monitor project health against project schedules and provide updates to senior management.
- Maintain ongoing project schedule updates and changes within Project management software and report out on variances and changes.
- Prepare and maintain a balanced project schedule meeting internal department capabilities and timelines that aligns with Sheetz growth goals within assigned region.
- Maintain and prepare various reports within project management software and Tableau to effectively communicate attributes, schedules, and costs of Store Development projects within assigned region.
- Administer Project management software and facilitate the training of the software to new employees and provide refresh tutorials for existing employees.
- Receive and code all invoices for assigned region.
- Responsible for all bonding work needed within assigned region.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ project management or administrative support experience required
- Prior project scheduling experience in a construction environment preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- PMP certification preferred
