Position Summary

We’re seeking a full-time Showroom Specialist (official title: PR Specialist) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. Within this role, you'll manage our LA HQ Showroom, support various PR activities, and assist in executing campaigns that enhance our brand's presence. This position offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Job Responsibilities

Showroom Management

• Maintain the product closet and showroom, ensuring items are accessible and inventory is accurate.
• Coordinate the distribution and return of products for PR activities, including stylist, editor, VIP and influencer pulls.
• Keep the showroom organized by arranging stock, replenishing racks, and maintaining clothing presentation.
• Coordinate giftings and mailers for collection launches and other activities.
  
  

Event Coordination

• Manage events from planning to execution, including venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements.
• Handle guest lists, RSVPs, and post-event coverage.
  
  

Media Relations

• Monitor media for opportunities to promote the brand.
• Develop and maintain relationships with editors, publications, and influencers.
• Collaborate with the PR agency to track media placements and update reporting trackers.
  
  

Administrative Support

• Oversee daily inventory updates in the tracking system and vendors on contracts and payments.
• Create fact sheets, signage, run-of-shows, media backgrounders, and recap reports.
• Maintain the master Brand PR calendar, coordinating with CN, internal marketing and brand teams.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years in fashion PR or marketing (agency or in-house preferred).
• Familiarity with showroom and inventory management tools (e.g., Mayvien) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Team-oriented with adaptability and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Range: $69,805 USD - $76,000 USD
