Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, ambitious individual to join our team as an entry-level Accounting Admin. This role involves supporting our accounting department with various administrative tasks and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assist in balancing balance sheets and income statements
- Keep accurate records of assets and liabilities
- Filing accounting related documents
- Assist with various accounting-related tasks
Skills:
- Must be highly detail oriented - ensuring precision with tasks
- Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (Excel)
- Proficient computer and technology skills including in MS Office
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, college courses or degree is a plus
- Experience in accounts payable and/or accounting/accounting related field is a plus
- Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.
Additional Information
Proposed Salary: $43 - 48k annual
