Family Medicine Physician
Location : South Chicago
Schedule : Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, including extended hour shift of Noon - 8 : 00pm once per week with a Saturday (every 4 weeks) Rotation 8 : 00am - 1 : 00pm
Our healthcare organization is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide exceptional primary care services to underserved communities. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for managing patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care team.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive and high-quality primary care services to patients in the office, hospital, or other locations within the community as assigned.
- Serve as a consultant to clinical management regarding clinical goals and services.
- Manage patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care team.
- Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of the Medical Department and the organization.
- Support culture development and management efforts.
