In this role, you will support Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) by creating effective learning experiences tailored to the needs of U.S. Navy personnel and stakeholders. Travel may be required.Responsibilities : Define clear learning objectives and design engaging, high-quality contentCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information based on learners’ needsAssist in developing storyboards for course contentCreate online courses focused on skill-building, including assessments to evaluate training effectivenessDevelop supporting materials, such as multimedia elements (audio, video, screenshots)Assist with needs assessment and data collection to inform instructional design strategiesRequirementsQualifications : Minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in curriculum designMinimum of 3 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Proficiency in creating and delivering training content using LMS technologiesExperience implementing courses in an LMSU.S. CitizenshipDesired : Experience with NAVSEA Security Cooperation and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)Familiarity with the structure, hierarchy, and terminology of the U.S. Navy and military organizationsEducation : High school diploma or GED requiredPrevailance, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
