JOB SUMMARY :
This position will be responsible for designing and creating marketing materials for various FFA platforms, including but not limited to social media, email, and various clients, writers, and managers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Provide visual storytelling expertise while using FFA brand elements (i.e., colors, fonts, etc.).
- Use Adobe Creative Suite software (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) to create materials that clearly convey a message to a specific audience.
- Use Wrike, our project management software, to present design proposals, receive feedback, and submit print-ready files to the project manager for final production.
- Select appropriate images from the official FFA image database (PhotoShelter).
- Update and modify the previous year’s communication materials.
- Create design templates for our members (i.e., social media, etc.).
- Assist with tasks that help create a smooth and efficient workflow, including archiving and cataloging our resources.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with constituents to meet deadlines.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to internal clients who are also serving our members.
- Other duties as assigned.
