Position Details :
- Schedule : 8-5 : 30 M-F (flexible with 4x10hr shifts, last appointment ends at 4 : 40 PM)
- EMR : NextGen
- NO Call
- Each visit : 30 minutes average - Annual Wellness visits : 1hr, 12-15 patients a day / Complex patients seen 6-8 times a year
- Patient Demographic : Mostly Seniors, some Pediatrics
- Independent Primary Care Center not affiliated with the hospital
- Uses Anthem PicassoMD for referrals
- Partnered with LabCorp
- Urgent Care Center next door

- MD / DO
- Clear / Active Medical License in state of practice
- Active DEA license
- Board certified in FM or IM
- Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care setting
