SCHEDULE: Full-time; 36 hours per week; Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri - 6:30 am - 3:00 pm; Tues 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, or as needed
The Food Service Supervisor directs and supervises personnel in the dietary department. She/he selects dietary personnel and supervises their orientation, on-the-job training and work performance. She/he supervises food preparation and service for patients, on-site meetings, staff and visitors. She/he requisitions supplies and recommends equipment purchases. She/he keeps records and compiles reports concerning dietary operations.
