Business Office Manager/Human Resources
Shelby Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Office Manager to organize our office and staff, handle incoming phone calls and properly distribute messages. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, has experience in an administrative capacity, is proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and is capable of managing multiple tasks with ease. A successful candidate will have three years of experience in an office setting, demonstrate outstanding communication skills and prove to be a reliable team player.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team.
- Be able to prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Be a visionary leader who can see opportunities and find ways to solve problems.
- Handle day-to-day operations.
- Interact with people in a professional, courteous manner.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
