Landscaping Account Manager

A well established and reputable Springfield, OH area landscaping company is looking for a Landscape Account Manager / Client Care Specialist to help achieve aggressive growth. The company's services include: mowing, landscape maintenance, design and install, hardscaping, lawn applications, and snow service.

You'll be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering client retention, generating enhancement and new contract sales, driving business development, and overseeing production layouts. This role ensures client satisfaction by collaborating with the production team to deliver horticulturally sound and efficient services. Additionally, this position will play a critical role during the winter season by assisting the snow operations team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their landscaping needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and satisfaction
• Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals for client presentation
• Conduct daily site visits and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure quality services and satisfaction
• Direct landscape crews on service orders with detained and actionable plans
• Identify and offer additional services to enhance the client's landscape investment, fostering confidence and trust
• Schedule and prioritize daily activities
• Meet regularly with owner and General Manager to review progress, sales goals, and overall performance
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Other responsibilities as required to advance the company's objectives

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance standards, plant materials, and installation techniques
• Project management and organizational skills
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Good knowledge of local plants, trees, and hardscape materials
• Strong computer skills
• CRM experience--preferred
• Able to commute and travel daily to the Springfield, Dayton, and Columbus areas as needed
• Snow and ice management experience (preferred)
