- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and requirements
- Works well with and understands the needs of at-risk secondary students (grades 9-12)
- Utilizes a variety of resources to engage students
- Manages and tracks student progress and course completion in an online platform
- Handles clerical functions related to job responsibilities
- Collaborates with classroom teachers to support students in completing courses through non-traditional means when neccesary
- Demonstrates responsibility, a strong work ethic, and flexibility
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Maintains satisfactory attendance
- Complies with Corporation Bylaws, Policies, and Employee Handbook
- Models the Corporation's Mission Statement and Fundamental Objectives
