What are the responsibilities and job description for the CPAP supply Customer Service Representative position at Sheldon Medical Supply?
We are looking for results-driven representatives to join our rapidly growing CPAP/BIPAP Sales department in our Sandusky, MI location. This is an in office position.
Looking for serious inquiries only and people who are not afraid to make or take phone calls!
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers for eligible PAP supplies via phone and email
- Verifying health insurance benefits including deductible and coinsurance
- Obtaining authorizations from insurance companies when necessary
- Contacting physicians for updated prescriptions on behalf of customers
- process deliveries thru our shipping department
- Handle questions and concerns from customers
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills
- Basic Typing skills
- IC-10 knowledge
- Dependable and Reliable
- Brightree experience and CPAP/BIPAP knowledge a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
