As an Accounting Specialist on the Top Drawer / ShelfGenie team, a typical day for you will include :
- Supporting the accounting team through accurate and timely processing of data within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other systems
- Accurately and efficiently completing monetary transactions such as wire transfers, Automated Clearing House (ACH), Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) and checks
- Successfully operating financial systems and software to support accounts payable / receivable activities
- Coordinating with Accounting Manager and / or Operations to research and resolve claims of outstanding invoices and unresolved expense reports
- Providing excellent customer service by building, supporting, and maintaining relationships with various levels of team members and management within the Neighborly brand
