Job Title: Screening & Hauling Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Screening and Hauling Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Fleet management for Shell Solutions, Fildi Pools, Fildi Designs
- Review all maintenance schedules for vehicles & machines under your management
- Provide maintenance schedules to HR to add to Samsara
- Track and implement maintenance and repairs as needed
- ½ ton, ¾ ton, 1 ton and dump trucks
- Screener
- Sanny Excavator
- Sanny Loader
- Managing hauling of clean fill to various jobsites
- Manage the haul off of fill from various jobsites
- Coordinate the screening of the fill dirt at yard
- Keep yard organized and presentable.
- Daily Driver meetings to assign tasks and coordinate daily activities.
· Ensure drivers use daily walk around sheets to ensure vehicles are safe to operate.
· Work with scheduling to ensure driver schedules are accurate.
· Collecting and reviewing daily truck logs for accuracy and supplying to scheduling daily.
· Confirm all completed work at the end of each day.
· Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
· Report job progress, delays, or incidents to supervisors in a timely manner.
· Make sure all drivers post daily logs to each job of all loads dropped and hauled.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site supervisors and fellow employees.
· Proficiency in operating heavy dump trucks while adhering to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. This includes defensive driving techniques and the ability to navigate various road and weather conditions safely.
· Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating dump trucks.
· Competence in operating dump truck controls and auxiliary equipment such as loaders or excavators for loading and unloading materials onto the truck bed.
· Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is also beneficial.
Physical Demands:
The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
· Constant physical effort, including standing, is required during a regular work shift of at least eight hours per day. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and to stoop, bend, and crouch as required.
· Competence in operating equipment such as loaders or excavators for loading and unloading materials onto the truck bed. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is also beneficial.
· Ability to climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safely.
· Ability to lift and carry, frequently, at least 50-90 pounds personally and up to 150 pounds with help.
· Maintain constant alertness to the multiple concurrent activities of the construction site, other drivers on the road and the activities of other employees and contractors.
· Frequently walk on uneven surfaces, including natural ground in varying weather conditions.

· Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
· Work environment periodically exposes the employees to high levels of noise, grease, and dust that is typically associated with a construction project.
· Employees regularly work near heavy equipment and moving machinery.
· Work may involve various substances commonly found on construction sites such as form oil, grease, curing compounds, gasoline, diesel fuel and ready mixed concrete.
Education or Experience:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
