Do you enjoy talking to customers on the telephone and enjoy working in a fast passed service environment? Shelor Motor Mile has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives in our Service department.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming service calls
- Route service calls
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Notify customers of campaigns
- Follow up with customers after their service appointment
Job Requirements:
- Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Customer service and follow up experience
- Proficient computer skills
- High level of professionalism
Hours are Monday thru Friday. Preference will be given to applicants with previous customer service, retail, or automotive service experience.
