We specialize in creating stunning, custom-built homes that reflect our client's vision and style. We are seeking a Selections Coordinator for on-site full-time employment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Selections Coordinator to work directly with our clients, guiding them through the process of selecting finishes, fixtures, and materials for their custom homes, renovations, and additions. This pivotal role requires both a designer’s eye and exceptional organizational skills. You will collaborate with designers, clients, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution from design through construction.
As the Selections Coordinator, you will help clients make informed choices that align with their style and budget, keep them on schedule, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely deliveries and smooth project flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Assist clients in selecting fixtures, finishes, and materials that reflect their vision while staying on budget and on schedule. Attend meetings with suppliers and subcontractors. Communicate deadlines and budgeting progress.
- Scheduling and Tracking: Collaborate with field staff and subcontractors to manage selection schedules. Ensure orders are made and delivered on time.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on new products and trends, and conduct research when needed.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, vendors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure projects run smoothly and meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Order Verification: Review deliveries and invoices to ensure accuracy of orders and assist in final cost close-outs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or design is preferred.
- Strong eye for design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Initiative-takingand resourceful in problem-solving with the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong attention to detail, with proven proofreading abilities.
