What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for the review and oversight of the Companies lease portfolio, lease administration activities, communication and project management activity for Shelter Enterprise, LLC and the Property Management team. Provides legal research, document collection, summarizing and capturing key lease provisions, database accuracy, and reconciling operating expenses. Provides database maintenance and support for General Services Administration reporting, policies and procedures, safety and security, employee relocation, and construction-in-process building projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, oral and written communication are required.
- Self-discipline and self-motivation are necessary.
- Ability to maintain schedules and work well with others.
- Must be able to operate personal computer and compatible software.
- General education at the college level, demonstrating superior performance in English, communication, law, math, and business, or equivalent work experience.
- On the job training to provide familiarity with cycle of job duties occurring at various times throughout the year.
- Paralegal or comparable designation or work experience desired.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, Workday, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other necessary computer skills, as well as proficient and accurate typing skills.
- General knowledge of Insurance, lease contracts and the legal system.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
