It's your career, Shelter it! What You Will Be Doing: Responsible for reviewing, researching, analyzing, and preparing files for claims arbitration. Make decisions within limits of authority regarding settlement negotiations prior to the arbitration hearing. Conduct workshops and presentations to promote the arbitration process through visitations to field claim branches, schools, and seminars. Advise claim branch personnel on arbitration procedures and decisions. This position is a Hybrid work option, the employee may work from home unless needed at the Home Office to assist in Claims training.
