Analyze, test, and assist with the integration of new applications as well as oversee the documentation of all testing activity. What We're Looking For : Experience with manual testing methods and an understanding of how automation can benefit the testing effort. Insurance Industry knowledge helpful.Ability to quickly learn business functions and tie them to the application / system.Highly accurate work and attention to detail is required, with an enthusiasm for software testing.Strong interpersonal skills with business and technical partners and external stakeholders.Superior written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.Ability to work with cross-functional Agile and Waterfall teams.Ability to collaborate with, educate, and learn from other Software Test Engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business stakeholders and Management.Understanding of SCRUM / Agile and Waterfall development methodologiesMust be able to work with a team or independently.Ability to work on-call hours as needed.Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.Shelter's uncompromising commitment to excellence doesn't stop with our customers.
