Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and maintain testing artifacts using well defined, industry standard best practices
- Execution of test plans reporting in quality standards
- Continuous communication throughout the organization of the testing outcomes
- Coordination of UA testing per the quality plan
- Measure and report quality performance that contribute to the quality metrics defined goals
- Remain current on QA best practices and methodologies to proactively provide expertise resolving QA questions and concerns
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of SQL
- Proficient in manual testing techniques and test automation
- Proficient in Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman for testing API's and web services
- Hands-on experience test automation tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of best practices in test automation, maintain clean and maintainable code, write reusable test scripts and create efficient automation frameworks
- Proficient in creating, updating and running automated test scripts in alignment with requirements and user stories
- Attention to detail
- Experience with creating and managing test data for different test scenarios
- Excellent written and verbal communication and critical thinking skills
- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to create and maintain test data for automated testing scripts
- Ability to mentor others
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to deliver on time
- Ability to maintain an eye for detail even in high pressure situations
- Ability to review functional specifications, business requirements and use cases and translate these requirements into test cases or scenarios

- Ability to execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results on low and moderate risk changes
- Ability to identify, analyze, document errors, questionable functions and inconsistencies in software and data
- Ability to complete work with an awareness of potential impacts across systems
- High level of motivation, ability to deal with pressure, and adaptability
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
