Shenandoah Senior Living Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing ADON RN for ourskilled nursing facility in Shenandoah, PA!
Full time, M-F, daytime, and on-call as needed.
Rate : $90,000 annually
Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department
- Audits nursing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance maintained to ensure holistic care for our residents.
- Makes daily rounds for observation of the care of residents
- Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintains Infection Control practices and documentation for all staff and residents.
- Responsible for ensuring education is provided as needed in collaboration with the management team.
