Are you compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference? Shenandoah Senior Living Community is seeking a Personal Care Aide for a full time position. This role requires working 2 PM to 10 PM with every other weekend required.
Pay Rate: $14 - $15/hour, depending on experience
About the Role
As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll provide daily care and companionship to our residents, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with personalized care plans. Training for medication administration is provided by the facility—no prior experience is necessary!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support residents during mealtimes and help ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Serve as a compassionate companion to our residents, fostering meaningful connections.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
