We are recruiting on behalf of Shepherd Engineering Search for a highly skilled Civil Engineer with experience in land/site development and public works projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to contribute to mentoring and managing team members, interface with clients, and be hands-on with design.
The successful candidate will work on various civil engineering projects including land development and public works projects. They will also provide guidance and support to junior engineers and staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of work experience at minimum.
- Registration as a Civil Engineer in the State of California or Nevada, or ability to become registered in California within 6 months.
- Competent with AutoCAD Civil 3D for design of drainage, grading, and utilities.
- Ability to prepare and deliver plans, specs, estimates, and technical documents for public and private improvements.
