Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Retirement Systems, Inc., a trusted and faith - based non profit organization serving older adults in the Mahoning Valley for over 50 years, is seeking a Campus Executive Director for our Liberty Location. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a mission-driven team in a vibrant senior living community offering full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing Services.

Position Summary:
The Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership for all facets of the Liberty Campus. This Individual ensures the delivery of exceptional resident experience's, operational excellence, financial health, and team engagement - all while upholding the organization's faith-based mission and nonprofit values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across all levels of care to ensure quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
- Foster a campus culture of hospitality, accountability, and mission-driven service.
- Guide and Support department directors in achieving performance goals.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, maintaining fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal., and organizational standards.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, local partners, and faith community stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team in strategic initiatives and long -term planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership experience in senior living, long term care, or related healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations, financial management, and team development.
- Strong understanding of Ohio healthcare regulations and senior living standards.
- A passion for serving older adults in a faith-based, nonprofit setting.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
