**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Student Emp Wellness Center. As a Weight Fitness staff member, you will be responsible for implementing facility rules and regulations, maintaining a clean and well-organized environment, promoting wellness programs, and providing excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement facility rules and regulations in all areas of the Wellness Center
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment
- Promote Wellness Center programs and services
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional answers to customer inquiries
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager or Director of the Wellness Center
**Requirements:**
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform custodial/maintenance duties
- Availability to work morning, late night, and weekend shifts including breaks and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- One or more years of experience in a wellness/recreation setting
