POSITION OVERVIEW
The Educational Coach at Shepherds College will assist students in a classroom setting to promote learning. You will work alongside other academic staff to support students with academic and behavioral needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise students in assigned areas before and after classes
- Assist students with academic tasks and organizational skills
- Manage classroom disruptions
- Facilitate the work of students in small groups
- Work one-on-one with students, as needed
