Sheppard Mullin is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 1 – 3 years of Corporate & Securities experience. This position is based in New York.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
'33 and '34 Act matters
Capital Markets
IPOs and Follow-On Offerings
Private Placement Offerings
Ongoing SEC Reporting Matters
Corporate Governance
Exchange Listing Matters
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
1 – 3 years of experience advising issuers and underwriters on financing (public and private offerings) and ongoing SEC filing matters
Confidence managing day-to-day client relationships
Strong organizational skills and remarkable attention to detail are required
Operating under time pressures and still acting as a collaborative team player while handling and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines is an essential need for this role
Admitted to the New York State Bar
Qualified candidates must submit a cover letter, resume and transcript for consideration.
The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $310,000.
