We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to offer both clinical and administrative support to clinicians at the OMHC in Hagerstown. You will oversee clinical supervision, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage client treatment from intake to discharge. Additional responsibilities include providing oversight for new client intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and therapy for a small caseload of clients.

What to expect.

You will oversee clinical supervision, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage client treatment from intake to discharge. Additional responsibilities include providing oversight for new client intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and therapy for a small caseload of clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed clinicians and interns.
- Train staff on evidence-based practices and support burnout prevention.
- Assist with crisis intervention and emergency petitions.
- Conduct Same Day Access evaluations, facilitate groups, and carry a small caseload.
- Provide supervision to interns and ensure compliance with clinical outcomes and treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and collaborate on care plans.
- Complete required documentation and assist with program standards.
- Provide on-call support as assigned and ensure compliance with OMHC policies, Maryland COMAR regulations, and CARF standards.

- Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Possess the Approved Clinical Supervisor Credential.
- Proven leadership abilities in managing and motivating clinical teams.
- Ability to supervise clinicians and interns, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and foster a trauma-informed, collaborative culture.
