SUMMARY:
Responsible for promoting and creating awareness about the industry and our organization, along with its products and services through networking, relationship development, and the utilization of various forms of media promotion. Strategically develop, coordinate, and execute financially effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of the company website, social media applications, and electronic advertising and newsletters.
- Utilize current CRM or other applications for the development and effective use of mail lists.
- Develop promotional and informational items for our showroom to include banners, infills, brochures, tags, labels, cut sheets and mobile devices.
- Coordinate the use of electronic tools to promote products on our showroom and to effectively utilize the showroom as a conceptual sales tool. To include the ability to create an impactful showcase of products, applications, and previous project installations.
- Coordinate post installation reviews, receive and coordinate client testimonials, and oversee the production of photographs from key projects that have been designed and installed by SBI.
- Responsible for the development of electronic, print, and media advertising.
- Research, present, and where appropriate, partner with professional resources outside of the company for marketing related services.
- Prepare or coordinate responses to information requests that are related to industry trends as well as our products and services.
- Work with members of our sales team and the related support teams to respond to formal bids or requests for proposals.
- Development of practical promotional tools and templates to clarify, simplify, and enhance our customer’s experience.
- Coordinate and/or participate in sponsored events, industry tradeshows, and business networking opportunities.
- Coordinate the selection and purchase of promotional items to be used for events, sponsorships, and giveaways.
- Coordinate various surveys to solicit feedback from of our clients and other strategic alliances within the industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required with specialization in marketing or communications desired.
- Minimum three years of experience in a related or similar role.
- Desire to be actively involved in networking opportunities, activities, events and organizations within the community.
- Advanced level software application skills related to commonly used graphic design and formal presentations.
- Ability to develop and propose both verbal and written communication that is creative, engaging, and thought-provoking for presentations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other functions and disciplines within the organization.
- Ability to travel to attend meetings, conferences and training.
