Job title: Project Manager
Location: 55 Water Street, Central Office - 55 Water
Duration: 13 weeks (Extendable)
Pay rate: $65/h -$75/h
Shift: Day 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (5*8hrs.)
Required Qualifications:
- Timekeeping and Payroll Operations
- Functional Knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with expertise in Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence Management modules
- Full life cycle experience with all aspects of application setup, testing, user training, and production support
- Experience with designing and testing conversions, interfaces with third parties, and custom reporting
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 10-15 Payroll operations experience
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management and Payroll
