Responsibilities include:
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Ensuring proper payment and correct billing
- Making sure all room specifications are correct
- Assisting guests with any concerns or questions
Qualifications:
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS!
- Prior hotel experience is highly preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Should be detail oriented
- Must be highly organized
- Must thrive in a busy work environment
- Should be a team player
