We take pride in offering our guests a seamless experience, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Agent to help create memorable stays.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their stay. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring each guest receives exceptional service, from check-in to check-out, and beyond. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy making people feel welcome, we’d love to have you join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Check-in/Check-out: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide them with all necessary information, including directions to their rooms.
- Guest Support: Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that all issues are handled efficiently and to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Information Sharing: Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, and special offerings to enhance their stay.
- Billing: Process payments and handle billing for guest services used during their stay.
- Customer Service: Communicate with guests to understand their specific needs and ensure they receive personalized and outstanding service.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Lightspeed and GXP computer programs is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
