Are you a detail-oriented hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service? We’re looking for a Night Auditor to join our team in a newly renovated, vibrant environment! This overnight role is essential in ensuring smooth nightly operations, balancing daily transactions, and providing top-tier service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance.
- Accurately reconcile and audit daily financial transactions, ensuring all records are balanced.
- Generate and distribute necessary reports for management review.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel property during overnight hours.
- Work closely with other departments to prepare for the next business day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

- High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required
- Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates

- CPR and first aid training preferred
