We are the number one Real Estate team in the Valley with the highest volume per agent.
This is a critical position in our organization. You will be interacting directly with our clients, Sheri, and with the other team members.
Having a Real Estate License is required.
We are looking for someone who knows how to figure things out and how to do it with a level head. No drama is our motto.
We have training, systems, and procedures in place. You need to have excellent computer skills, be coachable, and be eager to learn.
A good, open attitude is a must.
This is a job where you can grow into a larger position.
The Employee’s responsibilities shall include (but shall not be limited to) the following:
a) Performing office and administrative work directly related to the management of the employer’s business and/or the general business operations; b) Regularly exercising independent business judgment and discretionary power in the performance of intellectual work related to the general business operations; c) Regularly and directly assisting the employer (owner) of the business and real estate agents who report to the owner; d) Supervising of employer’s independent service providers including transaction coordinators, escrow and title companies, inspection services and other trades and services utilized by the employer; e) interacting with prospects and clients in helping the employer to provide excellent client services and communications; and f) maintaining and updating the employer’s confidential prospect and client database.
a) From time to time, the Employer may revise the nature of the Employee’s Services. The Employee will promptly and faithfully comply with all reasonable instructions, directions, requests, rules, and regulations made or issued by the Employer, and the Employee will perform the Services conscientiously and in a timely manner in and to the best of the Employee’s abilities at all times, when and wherever required or desired by the Employer and pursuant to the express and implicit terms of this Agreement, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Employer.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
