Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years
Salary: Commensurate with experience $75,000.00-$100,000.00 plus Bonus
Schedule: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing financial analysis of financial statements and rent rolls
- Assist with managing clients and adherence to business plan
- Compiles and presents asset management reports for review
- Compliance monitoring of insurance, covenants, maturities, reporting, etc.
- Assist with collection and organization of documentation
- Help provide excellent Client service
- Act as liaison between distribution channels of asset managers and upper management
Qualification/Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of industry
- Data intelligence software: RealInsight (or similar)
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
