What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Transportation Coordinator position at Sheridan Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Sheridan Health and Rehab is hiring for a customer service driven Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Kenosha, WI. As the Receptionist, you'll be the key person to greet and welcome our visitors, staff and our residents and their families into our senior living community. You will be responsible for setting up transportation to and from appointments for our Residents. You will be responsible to directing visitors to their destination, support the office management team with various projects, manage multi-line telephones, and performing a variety of projects as assigned by the Administrator or another member of the Management Team.
This position is Full-Time Days, Monday thru Friday with alternating Holidays.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in data entry or office support
Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred
Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC/POC) highly desired
Strong communications skills (oral and written)
Outstanding customer service skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI good practices
