- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Ingenuity or similar credit recovery platforms.
- Guide students in navigating the platform, troubleshooting issues, and maximizing available learning tools.
- Monitor and track student progress daily, ensuring completion of assigned modules and assessments.
- Provide direct, targeted instruction through 1:1 support, modeling, and guided practice.
- Identify students at risk of falling behind and implement individualized intervention strategies.
- Offer structured reteaching of challenging concepts to support skill development.
- Adapt instructional methods to meet diverse student learning needs.
- Implement goal-setting strategies to help students stay on track and motivated.
- Utilize frequent check-ins, progress celebrations, and positive reinforcement to encourage persistence.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student confidence and achievement.
- Regularly assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of student engagement, performance, and completion rates.
- Identify and implement targeted interventions based on data and student feedback.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with students, parents, counselors, and administrators regarding student progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with school staff to address barriers to student success and ensure a cohesive credit recovery program.
- Provide regular reports on student participation, progress, and any concerns requiring administrative support.
- Monitor student attendance and engagement, intervening as needed to ensure consistent participation.
- Establish clear expectations for student behavior and participation in the credit recovery setting.
- Foster a structured, supportive environment that encourages student accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification.
- Proficiency in using Ingenuity or similar credit recovery platforms.
- Previous experience in credit recovery programs or alternative education settings.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on student motivation and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and create individualized learning plans.
