HR Generalist – Print Manufacturing
Location: Liberty, MO

To support our growing workforce, we are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to drive employee engagement and ensure seamless HR operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, administrative, and management roles.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and facilitate new hire orientations.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted HR contact for employee concerns, proactively addressing workplace issues.
- Support leadership in fostering a positive and engaged work culture.
- Assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain HR records in compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and support safety program initiatives as needed.
- Administer leave programs, including FMLA and disability policies.
Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate processing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office-based with frequent interaction in production areas.
- Regular standing and walking throughout the facility.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies or training materials (up to 25 lbs).
- Exposure to manufacturing conditions, including noise, dust, and temperature variations.
- Adherence to safety protocols, including PPE requirements when necessary.
