Job Title : Public Relations – Account Supervisor
Location : Miami, FL
Full Time / Permanent
Compensation : $65 – 75K Outstanding Benefits
SherlockTalent is looking for a PR Account Supervisor to lead communication strategies and provide leadership on media as well as influencer relations for numerous enterprise accounts. Must be able to develop strategies, retain clients, and execute the highest quality PR service.
Responsibilities
- Supervisors are the most flexible role-players in the agency, able to shift focus from high level to entry level tasks as needed to best service accounts.
- Supervisors are experts in agency processes and share that expertise with junior staff.
- Ultimately responsible for client retention, Supervisors are seasoned client leads.
- Ability to problem solve and thrive in challenging client situations is key to success.
- Supervisors are knowledgeable across all agency services / strategies / tactics and can proactively recognize new challenges with clients.
- Supervisors are pitch masters and hold media relationships that they can leverage for their clients.
- Advancement in this role is heavily dependent on building deep client relationships and developing direct reports.
