This is a Sherman Associates owned Marriott International, Inc franchised location.
Schedule : We are currently seeking full-time or part-time availability to include both weekdays and weekends. Shifts include, Monday through Friday from 5 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm and weekends from 7 : 30am - 12 : 30pm.
Essential Functions
- Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils and places them in racks to send through dishwasher
- Sorts and stacks clean dishes
- Carries clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas
- Tests dishwasher sanitizing levels and adjusts standards based on testing results
- Washes pots, pans and trays by hand
- Removes trash and garbage and transports to the dumpster
- Sets up or breaks down dishwashing area
- Cleans and rolls / unrolls mats
- Fills / empties soak tubs with cleaning / sanitizing solutions
- Sweeps / mops floors
- Assembles / disassembles dish machine
- Wipes up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
- Notifies manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures
- Does not touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first
- Completes other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needs
