- Leadership & Team Development:
- Directly oversee and mentor three key service departments:
- Furniture Service
- Appliance Service
- Customer Service
- Establish a culture where our Core Values are the foundation of everything we do.
- Operational Excellence & Strategic Planning:
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Optimize service processes to enhance efficiency.
- Drive consistent and complete execution of service processes across all departments, ensuring accountability at every level.
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Customer Experience & Innovation:
- Champion customer satisfaction, actively monitoring feedback and addressing concerns.
- Drive innovation in service offerings, identifying and implementing new initiatives to delight customers.
- Develop and deliver targeted training initiatives to equip your team with the skills necessary to consistently uphold world-class customer service.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, ideally in a retail or service-oriented environment
- Demonstrated experience supervising multiple managers
- Experience with budget management
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement
- Ability to develop and implement strategic service plans
- Strong mentoring skills
- Education:
- Desired: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
