We are currently seeking goal-oriented, competitive, and ambitious individuals to join our Human Resources sales and recruiting team in a 3 day in / 2 day wfh office setting.

As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in growing market revenue through new business development, expansion of existing client relationships and oversight of consulting engagements. As an Account Executive, you will have an opportunity to build and own a client portfolio while partnering with other teammates to achieve sales and business.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role


  • Develop and maintain effective relationships and communicate effectively with key client leaders and staff to drive account penetration and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Conduct account planning and proactively seek to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the account strategy.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with current and prospective consultants.
  • Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best of Sherpa to clients and drive continuous improvement in the services and solutions we bring to the marketplace.


Desired Experience And Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Human Resources experience with a desire/aptitude for sales and client service OR proven sales experience in a consulting service environment.
  • Strong capacity for networking and generating lasting business relationships
  • Competitive personality with a high sense of urgency to achieve goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
