Experience Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a full desk or recruiting role within an Agency or Internal Talent Acquisition.
- Professional presentation and ability to interface with candidates
- Strong relationship builder and trusted advisor willing to challenge the status quo and who believes people are the key to a strong organization
- Detail oriented, organized, prioritize own schedule and strong ability to handle simultaneous responsibilities
- Highly ethical and motivated to do the right thing, treating people how you would like to be treated
- Desire to work in a pay for performance culture
- Effective, can-do attitude, good judgment, clear communicator, resourceful, decision-maker, highly adaptable and with a high sense of urgency
- BS in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
