- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Administer benefits, payroll support, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain HR policies, records, and HRIS data.
- Support training, engagement, and culture initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 6 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
