Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to define needs and recommend solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate to extract and transform data from various sources to develop scalable models and flexible solutions
- Resolve technical issues and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with policies, security, and audit processes
- Support development, delivery, and ongoing systems support, mentoring team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, data management or related field
- 1-3 years of experience with ICMS (Incentive Compensation Management) Systems such as Varicent, Motivator or similar
- Experience writing queries and formulas for data reporting
