Our client is in search of a technical, hands-on professional with strong business acumen and technical aptitude. The individual will play an integral role within a highly-visible team that impacts all areas of the business.

Individual will serve as the Power User for the SPM/ICM platform, managing the implementation, setup, and ongoing use to enhance commission programs. This hands-on role will work cross-functionally across departments to transform business needs into technical solutions and that are scalable incentive models, calculations, and reports.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Partner with business leaders to define needs and recommend solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Collaborate to extract and transform data from various sources to develop scalable models and flexible solutions
  • Resolve technical issues and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with policies, security, and audit processes
  • Support development, delivery, and ongoing systems support, mentoring team members


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, data management or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience with ICMS (Incentive Compensation Management) Systems such as Varicent, Motivator or similar
  • Experience writing queries and formulas for data reporting
