Requirements
- Accounting or Finance degree
- Strong Excel Skills / QuickBooks, nice to have
- Responsible for the timely reporting of key financial and operational data.
- Responsible for preparing, acquiring final approval and distributing internal and external scheduled reporting packages to all constituencies.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of various financial models related to new product development, revenue, profitability, cash generation, and customer opportunities.
- Perform “what-if” analysis as requested.
- Investigate and identify problems impacting financial policies and procedures. Keep management informed of all matters requiring attention. Recommend appropriate policy or procedure changes to prevent future problems.
- Perform costing and profitability analysis
- Perform research and studies on capital expenditure opportunities and analyses ROI, unit costing and make recommendations to management.
- Assist in company budget and annual operating plan development and analysis of actual results compared to budget and operating plan.
- Work with management to assist in the development of various forecasts of revenue, costs, cash flow, and earnings over multiple time horizons.
- Work with and communicate effectively with internal audit staff and outside auditors, including being responsive to requested support documentation.
- Communicate and work with all areas of the Finance and Operations group on a daily basis and keep apprised of any issues requiring attention.
- Implement and manage business controls and authority matrix.
- Perform additional job-related duties and complete special projects as assigned.
- Must be willing to work 4 days a week on site and one day remote.
