*This opportunity is in-office and in Charlotte, NC. Our client does not offer relocation at this time.
Our financial services client is seeking a QA Engineer with 5 years experience to support a large Agile project. You will write test plans and create test cases for the user stories. In this role you will also:
- conduct quality assurance and design performance tests using the testing procedures
- troubleshoot errors
- analyze results
- identify root causes and streamline test procedures
Additionally, you will write-up the final QA and test procedures for the firm's quality technicians. Being organized and attentive to detail is paramount in this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or computer engineering
- 5 yrs work experience as a test engineer
- Experience working with tools DevOps & Selenium
- Agile methodology experience
- Extensive knowledge of testing procedures, problem solving skills, ability to project manage, and troubleshoot
- Strong technical writing skills
